1. Raise the clutch suddenly when the tiller starts. Such an operation is likely to cause excessive wear on the clutch assembly and its transmission parts, and may cause the agricultural machinery to stall in severe cases. Therefore, when starting, you should slowly release the clutch pedal, and at the same time properly increase the accelerator.
2. Long-term pedal clutch pedal. When driving on uneven roads, stepping on the clutch pedal will cause the clutch to be in a semi-detached state, which will aggravate the wear of the clutch friction plate.
3. After the diesel tiller is started or before stalling, the throttle is slammed. The compression ratio of a diesel engine is greater than that of a gasoline engine. Sudden increase or decrease of the throttle can easily cause the connecting rod and crankshaft to deform or break, increase the carbon deposit on the cylinder piston, and accelerate the wear of moving parts.
4. Stand in front of the micro tillage machine to tow operations. When some farmers use the tiller to work, they are used to being led by someone in front of them, which is very unsafe. Safety accidents of agricultural machinery are very prone to occur when encountering slopes, ridges or agricultural machinery manual operation errors.
5. Glide in neutral when going downhill. Some agricultural operators feel that the neutral gear sliding speed is faster when operating the tiller downhill, which seriously violates the safety operation regulations of agricultural machinery.
